Monrovia, Liberia – January 31, 2025 – The Liberia Medicines and Health Products Regulatory
Authority (LMHRA) is pleased to announce the official launch of its Service Delivery Charter, a
significant step toward efficiency in regulatory services.
The LMHRA Service Delivery Charter outlines the Authority’s commitment to providing high-
quality services, setting clear performance standards, and ensuring timely responses to
stakeholder needs.
LMHRA remains committed to upholding the highest regulatory standards and encourages
stakeholders to familiarize themselves with the Service Delivery Charter. This document will be
available on the LMHRA website and at all LMHRA offices for easy access.
