The General Administration Department (headed by the General Administrator) comprises of three Sections: Logistics & Maintenance, ICT Unit and Security. This department runs the day to day administrative activities of the Authority.
The General Administrator, Mrs. Antoinette N. Mulbah, is a professional woman with over seven (7) years of work experience in various categories: cashier, accounts clerk and administrative officer. She is a graduate of the African Methodist Zion University (AMEZU) with a BBA Degree, with emphasis in Management. She earlier earned an AA Degree from the same institution in Accounting & Management. Mrs. Mulbah obtained several trainings in administrative and operational processes. She served as Secretary General of the Liberia Marketing Association and current serves as its Chaplain General. As a strong political figure she currently serves as District Coordinator of the ruling Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) for Electoral District 13, Montserrado County, winning two (2) national representative elections and one (1) national senatorial election.
She’s married, and blessed with 3 children and two grandchildren
