Dr. Louise F. Mulbah is a registered Liberian Pharmacist presently working at the Authority, serving as Deputy Director of the Evaluation and Registration Department.
Dr. Louise F. Mulbah obtained a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D) at the University of Liberia. Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm B) at the University of Liberia, School of Pharmacy. Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology at the TJR Faulkner College of Science and Technology, University of Liberia, and a graduate of the William V.S. Tubman High School.
She has worked for the Authority for eight years in different capacities: 2015-2018 as Assistant Regulatory Officer and member of the Hearing Board (LMHRA). Dr. Louise F. Mulbah is a professional regulator and has also benefited from several local and international trainings in Ghana and China. Ghana Certificate of Participation, Clinical Trial Training. China: Traditional Chinese Massage Training and countries along the belts. Completion of training in Dossier Evaluation USP/USAID Liberia. Completion of training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) USP/USAID Liberia and online training with WHO in Computerized Global Benchmarking Tool.
She was married to Pharm Thomas G.M. Walapaye, now a widow with one daughter, Leecy Wolapaye, and two granddaughters (Louisa and Leah) with a lot of External family.
